Hey everybody, thanks to anyone who has supported us with purchases of Astral products over the years. I’m not only talking about the folks who buy from our retailers, this is very much about the retailers themselves and support of local retail communities. Quite literally, if the retailers didn’t exist, well… we would have different jobs.
I began with Astral as a team paddler in 2005 (later became their sale rep in the Southeast) and have worked with them through the concept and public launch of our footwear brand (2012) and development of all the innovation that currently exists in PFDs. This has been an exciting time, filled with some ups and downs, a lot of hard work and positive results! At Effort, Inc., Andrew and I are plugging away at growing this fun brand (and others), and intend to keep on charging. We love the people we work with at Astral. Astral’s in-house sales and IT teams, these are incredibly dedicated, smart, organized and creative individuals, for whom we are forever grateful. The brand is independently owned to this day, with product and marketing departments that keep giving us cool stuff to sell.
